Personal Care/Wellness: Opened packages of Dopamine Patches, Massagers, and Posture Correctors.

Intimate Apparel: Shapewear, Body Shapers, and Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed).

Custom Products: DIY Personalized Phone Cases (as these are custom-made for you).
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., an electronic item like the Carplay Screen or Smart Lock that doesn't power on), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
