3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 USD (or local currency equivalent).

  • Insured Shipping: For high-value items like the Pionray Car Display or Smart Fingerprint Locks, we recommend selecting Insured Shipping at checkout for extra protection against loss or damage.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number and a link to our tracking portal.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • You can track your package directly on our website under the "Track My Order" page.
